Kazuo Koya, MBA

Kazuo Koya has spent over 20 years working for global business enterprises like Mitsubishi Motors, AIG, General Motors, PSA, and The Gallup Organization, and now he is specialized in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development and Strength based Coaching for executives and managers.

Kazuo Koya is the CEO of Eudaimonia Management Inc. He joined Gallup Japan in 1995 as one of the founding members. During his tenure at Gallup, he worked as a strategic consultant developing the leadership program for managers and strength-based organizations by applying Strength Finder and Employee Engagement Diagnostics. He also has an experience of working in the U.S. and Japan as a marketing manager and a marketing analyst in the automotive and premium brand industries. As a pioneering practitioner of positive psychology in Japan, he established Eudaimonia Management Inc. in 2009, focusing on the development of effective workplace and positive human resources based upon the application of positive psychology into training and coaching. He is also a director of Japan Positive Psychology Association.

His uniqueness is mixture of his international career, MBA and Strength based training and coaching. He has coached and trained great number of leaders and managers to realize their own strength and minimize their mental-blocks.
